Unlike many long-term care settings, our small facility offers the unique advantage of caring for a stable resident population with the time, resources, and support needed to provide truly exceptional care. We are proud of our outstanding survey history, strong clinical outcomes, and a team of long-tenured professionals who are committed to excellence and genuinely enjoy working together. This is an opportunity to lead an organization that values clinical judgment, collaboration, and integrity—not constant crisis management. What You'll Do As Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership for all nursing services while fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to the nursing team. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining our exceptional survey record. Overseeing staffing, clinical operations, quality assurance, infection prevention, and resident care initiatives. Collaborating with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes. Promoting staff development, engagement, and retention. Maintaining survey readiness and continuing the high standards that define our organization. The Leader We're Looking For We're seeking someone who leads with confidence, professionalism, and compassion. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN who enjoys building strong teams, developing staff, and creating an environment where both residents and employees thrive.
Qualifications include:
Current RN license in good standing. Leadership experience in long-term care, intermediate care, or skilled nursing. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A commitment to servant leadership and resident-centered care. Why Experienced Leaders Choose Us At our facility, you'll find something that's increasingly rare in healthcare: A respected, privately operated, private-pay organization with an outstanding reputation. Exceptional state survey results and a long-standing commitment to regulatory excellence. A highly experienced, loyal team with remarkably low turnover. Supportive ownership and administration that value collaboration, clinical expertise, and thoughtful decision-making. The opportunity to focus on quality care and leadership rather than constant staffing crises. A positive workplace culture where relationships matter and employees are recognized for their contributions. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. If you're an experienced nursing leader looking for an organization where your leadership will be respected, your ideas welcomed, and your work truly appreciated, we invite you to apply. Join a team where excellence is sustained, people stay, and exceptional care is the standard every day.
