  • Peoria Heights Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical operations of our skilled nursing facility. Our facility is currently operating at 100% census and is supported by a strong, well-established interdisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional resident care. Director of Nursing (DON)

  • Peoria Heights will: Oversee all nursing services and clinical operations within the facility.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff, including nurse managers and supervisors. Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes. Maintain survey readiness and support regulatory compliance efforts. Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team. Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident-centered care. Assist with staffing strategies, retention efforts, and employee development. Qualifications Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Prior Director of Nursing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage clinical teams and operations. What We Offer Competitive salary of $125,000
