Salary up to $110k (depending on experience) Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Director of CQI to join our Regional Office team. The CQI Director must reside in Illinois and will be required to travel to the sites weekly. Occasional travel to our regional office in Springfield, IL is also required. Based out of the regional office, the Statewide CQI Director oversees organization for all statewide correctional facilities within a state. This person is responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks related to healthcare services in all facilities across the state. The SW CQI Director coordinates administrative needs with all facility administrative personnel and coordinates appointments and transfers amongst the facilities across the state system. RN license strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes evaluating the quality of services, identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards Experience with process improvement methodologies and systematic improvements highly desired.
