Allure of Walnut is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, and promoting a culture of excellence in resident-centered care. Position Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the nursing department. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting high-quality clinical outcomes and a positive work environment. The DON collaborates closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care, strong staff engagement, and excellent resident outcomes.
