Responsibilities Provide strategic planning and organizational oversight for all nursing departments, aligning goals with the broader mission of the organization. Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff support. Lead, manage, and supervise nursing staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages professional growth and accountability. Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards across all nursing operations. Oversee personnel management in education and training programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge in clinical practices. Collaborate with academic leadership to integrate instructional best practices into clinical training programs for nurses and healthcare professionals. Drive quality improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and implementing evidence-based practices to elevate patient outcomes. Provide executive leadership in healthcare settings by coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing organizational budgets, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. Support school administrative directors in aligning health services with educational goals, ensuring student well-being is prioritized alongside academic achievement. Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentorship, staff supervision, and development initiatives that promote leadership within the nursing team. Experience Proven management experience in healthcare or educational settings with a focus on nursing or health services administration. Extensive background in school experience or education administration related to health services is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management within complex environments. Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs and school health policies. Prior experience in academic leadership or university settings involving instructional leadership in health-related programs. Successful personnel management experience in education or healthcare sectors with a focus on team leadership and staff supervision. Background in teaching or clinical instruction within healthcare or educational institutions is advantageous. Pay:
$94,217.65 - $100,000.00 per year
