The Director of Nursing plays a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical services. The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities.

Support a respectful and positive work environment by maintaining open, honest and effective communication with staff, residents, customers, and family.Requirements:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of three years' clinical experience in geriatric care coupled with a minimum of one year experience as a departmental manager in the skilled nursing setting.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Must be able to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
