Job Description

The Director of Nursing is responsible for providing the necessary leadership, management, and oversight to affect the delivery of current, cost-conscious, and professional nursing services to the patients of Russell Regional Hospital in accordance with company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations. Must have four (4) years hospital experience, CAH preferred, in Nursing Management demonstrating progressive leadership, competent and professional nursing abilities. Current Kansas RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications are required BSN preferred
