Director of Nursing

We are seeking a Director of Nursing, RN, to serve our Skilled Nursing Facility in Venice, Florida. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience and be an integral team player with experience in ensuring quality resident care, survey readiness, and team building.

Responsibilities:

Supervise all nursing staff Oversee department budgets Maintain high standards of care for all patients Manage patients' data and medical records as confidential records Communicate with doctors, patients and family members about patient health Train and onboarding new nursing staff Provide ongoing education Implement new procedures and training Nurses on policies

Requirements:

Active FL RN license Minimum of three years of management Skilled Nursing Facility Experience required
