Position Summary:

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Nursing Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessments, diagnostic testing, individualized care planning, and therapeutic interventions. Leads and develops nursing staff by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence in patient outcomes. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of nursing leadership principles, mental health disorders, and the cognitive, emotional, developmental, social, and behavioral needs of patients. Oversees crisis intervention efforts and supports effective clinical decision-making in complex situations. Actively participates in Performance Improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness. Serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and policies, and overseeing all nursing operations across the organization.

Experience Preferred:

A minimum of ten (10) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting. A minimum of five (5) years of Healthcare leader experience. Regulatory and survey experience including The Joint Commission, CMS, and State level survey activity.

Pay:

$143,905.23 - $173,305.23 per year
