Job Description
Are you a passionate clinical leader dedicated to person-centered care? TriSource Staffing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to provide expert clinical leadership within a premier continuing care community. In this role, you will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical staff and operations across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and resident well-being. You would be overseeing 2 care buildings, a total of 130 beds in building 1 (skilled nursing facility and assisted living) and 85 beds in building 2 (assisted living).
