Qualifications:
1 year of nursing home ADON experience. Must possess skills in leadership and communication. Able to identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of data, observation of operations, and consultation with leadership and staff. RN license Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with the federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Provide nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidance. Coordinate all educational activities in the facility. Focus on Quality Improvement and identify areas of educational needs. Develop in-service programs, training staff and coordinating the completion of these programs.
