We have an exciting opportunity as an Interim LTC Director of Nursing for a 150-plus bed Skilled Nursing Facility, Post-Acute Rehab, and Long Term Care located in Randallstown, MD. Responsibilities Assist with staffing and utilizing current and registry staff to ensure staffed according to regulation. In the process of hiring a staffing coordinator; this role would manage that effort at the moment. Direct the team with admissions, clinical care follow up with the nursing and CNA staff. Work with the onsite Case Manager, Infection preventionist/Staff Developer, Social Worker position(s). Assist with interviewing nurses and CNA candidates for open positions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Active MD RN or Compact State RN Licensure Minimum of 3-5 years' nursing leadership experience within SNF/LTC. Pay:

Starting pay is $3,500-$3,600/week, Paid Weekly. Paid Housing 2 Round Trip Flights Home per Month 2 Paid Travel Days per Month Rental Car Benefits to include Medical, Dental/Vision, and Life - available day one of contract at no cost
