We invite you to apply for the position of Director of Academic Administration at the University of Southern Maine! The Director of Academic Administration (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dNzfcLwJhal1-h2k1hlNQyPRE5rqwK\_7/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=102831109340735176035&rtpof=true&sd=true) is responsible for managing the strategic day-to-day administrative operations for academic programs in the College of Science and Technology ( CST ) and the newly formed College of Nursing and Health Professions ( CNHP ). Key responsibilities include supervising and supporting student-related administrative functions for multiple academic departments within the colleges and acting as a liaison to student-serving offices across the University. This position reports to the CST and CNHP Deans and works collaboratively with other academic leaders within the colleges to ensure efficient administrative operations. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential. Both the College of Science and Technology and the College of Nursing and Health Professions offer programs on the Portland and Gorham campuses. CST departments include Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science and Policy, Linguistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Physics, and Technology, whereas CNHP units include Exercise, Health, and Sport Sciences, Occupational Therapy, and the School of Nursing. Pay and Benefits This is a full-time, in-person position based on our Portland Campus. This position offers an annual salary of $58,000.
