What You'll Do As our Director of Nursing, you will: Provide strategic leadership for all nursing operations. Ensure the highest standards of resident care, quality, and regulatory compliance. Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing nursing team. Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability and excellence. Partner with interdisciplinary leaders to improve clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Lead survey readiness efforts and maintain compliance with federal, state, and company standards. Monitor quality measures and implement initiatives for continuous improvement. Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and clinical resources effectively. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations. Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Demonstrated success in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
