You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing nursing leaders and staff Driving clinical quality measures and survey readiness Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company regulations Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes Managing staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency Supporting recruitment, retention, and employee development initiatives Promoting a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care Monitoring and improving infection prevention, risk management, and quality assurance programs What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred Proven leadership experience in long-term care Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations Experience with survey management and quality improvement initiatives Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building skills Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding resident care The Ideal Candidate You are a servant leader who leads from the front.
