Director of Nursing position open for long term care community.

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations and staff in a long-term care facility. Develop and implement care plans and policies. Ensure compliance with Michigan regulatory requirements and standards. Collaborate with medical professionals and manage patient care.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Michigan license. Proven experience in long-term care or a similar setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
