This is a unique opportunity to learn the leadership role alongside our current Director of Nursing before assuming full responsibility for nursing operations. We are a rapidly growing concierge functional medicine practice committed to providing exceptional patient care through personalized medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapies, regenerative medicine, and longevity-focused healthcare. Responsibilities:
Full-time position (38-40 hours/week, 5 days per week, no weekends, evenings or holidays) Report directly to the Director of Operations and Medical Director. Learn to manage the IV therapy schedule and staffing coverage Performance reviews for IV team members Manage a small IV nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and staff development. Serve as backup clinical staff during high-volume IV days or staffing shortages Oversee peptide operational workflows Maintain and update medical core processes (SOP) handbook. Train Medical Assistants on new medical therapies and clinical procedures Perform PRP facial treatments with microneedling in office Maintain current IV product sourcing and inventory Monitor supply costs The ideal candidate is: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan A servant leader who enjoys helping others succeed Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making decisions and improving systems Passionate about health, wellness, and longevity medicine Professional, compassionate, and committed to exceptional patient care Excited to grow with an innovative concierge medical practice Minimum 5 years of nursing experience (leadership experience preferred) Functional medicine, concierge medicine, aesthetics, infusion therapy, or wellness experience preferred. Comfortable training and mentoring clinical staff Experience with PRP, hormone therapy, peptides, is desirable and experience in IV therapy is a prerequisite for the role.
