We are committed to improving and sustaining the highest possible quality of life for every resident. Our services include medication administration, pain management, complex wound care, ongoing therapy, dementia care, and hospice services—all delivered by a dedicated and experienced clinical team. Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead, train, and support the nursing team Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain excellent communication with residents and families
Qualifications:
