Job Description

Director of Nursing (DON) An established local skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at one of our skilled nursing facilities. The Director of Nursing is responsible for providing clinical leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting quality resident care, and developing a strong, engaged nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative leader who is passionate about excellence in senior care and building high-performing teams. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous skilled nursing experience is required. Prior nursing leadership experience, preferably as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Nurse Manager in a skilled nursing facility. Thorough knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations. Demonstrated success in staff development, quality improvement, survey preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
