Specialized Team:
Lead a team of CNA's and nurses who are trained in advanced dementia communication and sensory-based engagement.
Family Partnership:
Act as a sophisticated liaison for families, providing them with clinical peace of mind through transparent, high-touch communication.
Innovation:
Implement state-of-the-art health technology (from acoustic monitoring to circadian lighting) to enhance resident outcomes without the "institutional" feel.
The Ideal Candidate The Credentials:
Active RN License (BSN preferred).
The Experience:
Proven leadership in Assisted Living or Memory Care, with a deep understanding of state regulations and compliance.
The Mindset:
You are a "Working Director." You love being on the floor, mentoring your team, and observing the nuances of resident well-being.
The Sophistication:
