Key Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of Minnesota.
Preferred:
Two years of general nursing experience, ideally within a geriatric setting.
Preferred:
Dementia certification or willingness to become certified.

Your Role:
As our Full-Time RN ADON, you'll be a vital part of our health and wellbeing team, supporting the Director of Health and Wellbeing and the daily clinical operations. You'll plan, organize, and coordinate resident care using The Waters Way of service, presence, and partnership. You'll be a key contact for team members, residents, families, and providers, always providing exceptional customer service with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
Your Responsibilities:
Clinical Expertise:
Manage resident care with strong assessment, symptom management, crisis intervention, service recovery, and family collaboration skills.
Collaboration:
Work with healthcare providers and therapists to assess resident needs and adjust care plans using an interdisciplinary approach.
Education:
Identify clinical education needs beyond routine requirements.
Comprehensive Assessments:
Conduct thorough clinical assessments for person-centered and holistic care.
Delegation & Oversight:
Assign and oversee delegated services to other team members.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate clinical data using best practices and data systems.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to unexpected situations and emergencies.
Supervisory Support:
Assist the Director of Health and Wellbeing in supervising the health and wellbeing team, including coaching and development.
Team Building:
Foster loyalty and common purpose among team members.
Growth Opportunities:
Identify and encourage team member growth potential.
Risk Management:
Participate in medication error and fall assessment and prevention.
VA Reporting:
Collaborate on VA reporting procedures and interventions.
Service Plan Application:
Ensure accurate and efficient application of resident service plans.
The Rewards:
Pay Range:
$80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on your experience.
