Job Description

Eden Senior Care , founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Alabama. Edenbrook Edina is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to play a vital role in organizing and overseeing all nursing operations within the facility. We are looking for a compassionate leader who has grown from bedside nursing into management and brings strong administrative and leadership skills. The ADON will help foster a collaborative, efficient, and high‑quality environment where staff can thrive and patients receive the best care possible, with a primary focus in the Transitional Care Unit (TCU).
Responsibilities:
The ADON will direct and evaluate nursing personnel, guide staffing and scheduling, set departmental goals, coordinate admissions and patient care procedures, enforce compliance policies, manage budgets, resolve issues, oversee records, collaborate across departments, and report directly to upper management.
Qualifications:
Valid and active RN license in Minnesota Minimum of 1 year Skilled Nursing Facility SNF leadership experience At least 1 year of experience working in a Transitional Care Unit (TCU). Proven background in nursing management or administration Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care metrics, and healthcare regulations Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Current CPR certification Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time) Life Insurance Tuition Fee Reimbursement & Loan Forgiveness Programs Employee Referral Program Supportive, team‑oriented work environment
