We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and uphold our high standards of resident care. If you are a compassionate leader with long-term care experience, we want you on our team. Job Summary The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations and provides 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Department. You will coordinate resident care, ensure compliance with physician orders, and maintain high-quality standards according to Federal, State, and facility regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.
