Job Summary The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations and provides 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Department. You will coordinate resident care, ensure compliance with physician orders, and maintain high-quality standards according to Federal, State, and facility regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.
