DIRECTOR OF NURSING CRESTWOOD HEALTH CARE CENTER NEW INCENTIVE BONUS FOR ALL DIRECTORS OF NURSING
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Nursing to lead our nursing services and oversee clinical operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience within healthcare settings, with a focus on education administration, leadership, and strategic planning. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes. Oversee budgeting processes related to nursing operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Manage nursing staff through effective leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Coordinate educational programs and training initiatives to promote professional development among nursing staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery and operational efficiency. Lead efforts in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within the nursing department. Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and accountability across all levels of staff. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare management with a strong background in nursing leadership. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and management within a healthcare setting. Background in education administration or teaching within a clinical or academic environment. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams. Experience working within university or academic healthcare programs is highly desirable. Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing healthcare facilities and nursing practices. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Pay:
$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
