SUMMARY:
Cardiac Progressive Care team you'll be part of a dedicated group of cardiac-focused professionals caring for patients with heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, and pre-and post-operative needs after open-heart surgeries. Our team handles a range of cardiac and vascular procedures, including TAVR, mitral clips, ablations, and caths, providing step-down care for moderate-to-high-acuity patients.Our unit is cardiac certified and continuously growing with the recent addition of three new cardiologists and a new cardiothoracic surgeon, introducing fresh techniques and cutting-edge technology. Description:
Manages the personnel and the environment to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and quality patient care.EXPERIENCE
3 years of nursing experience required; 1 year in specialty preferred; Previous management experience preferred.OTHER:
Basic computer skills.LICENSE/CERT
