Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance nursing services and resident outcomes Manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care initiatives and improve service delivery Implement educational programs for staff development, including training sessions and continuing education opportunities Drive quality improvement projects, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for enhancement and innovation Requirements Current RN license in Mississippi Previous long-term care leadership experience Strong knowledge of state adn federal regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff Join us as we strive to deliver exceptional healthcare services through visionary leadership and compassionate care.
