Seeking top clinical talent for an amazing opportunity as the Director of Nursing to lead a clinical team at one of the premier Long Term Care organizations! This particular facility is located in the Deer Lodge, MT area and they have an immediate need for an energetic and dynamic Director of Nursing to join our facility leadership team. Essential Responsibilities:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading the skilled nursing team to ensure high standards of quality and delivering excellent care to patients. Ensure that each nurse on staff is properly certified and abides by the standards for care established by our organization and state and federal laws. Responsible for creating new policies and updating existing policies to help improve the level of care for each patient. Implement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest possible level of service. Ensure that all patient care plans have the documentation necessary to provide the proper type of care. Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and hospitals in the local community. The Director of Nursing will be supported by corporate operations teams, human resources, and recruiting to establish us as a premier employer and provider of healthcare services.
Qualifications:
A current license as a Registered Nurse, in good standing 1+ years of nursing experience, skilled nursing, long term, with 1+ years as Director of Nursing Proven results and experience in a management role Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance
