Charlotte-Mecklenburg Area (Hybrid / Limited On-Site) Compensation $1,500-$3,000 per month (retainer) or $50-$65 per hour (limited/capped hours) Compensation based on experience, responsibilities, and level of involvement. Position Overview We are a newly forming home care agency in Charlotte, North Carolina seeking an experienced North Carolina-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Contract Supervising RN / Director of Nursing (DON) during the startup and licensure phase. This is a non-bedside leadership role with flexible, limited monthly hours — ideal for an RN seeking contract or supplemental income alongside full-time employment.
