This leadership opportunity includes oversight of: 4 Med/Surg Units + PCU 155+ teammates Well supported by 2 Nurse Managers + 2 Clinical Coordinators + Charge RN's and a Department Educator The organization is seeking a collaborative nursing leader who enjoys mentoring teams, improving operations, and helping shape a strong inpatient culture alongside a highly engaged executive leadership team.
