Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of patient care and supporting our team of CNAs and PCAs.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE GREAT PART-TIME INCOME
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of care plans. Supervise and evaluate the performance of caregiving staff. Conduct client assessments and home visits as needed. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures. Train and onboard new caregivers on clinical procedures and documentation. Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, Strong knowledge of home care standards and regulatory compliance Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and part-time (to be discussed, per week)
