Possible up to $10,000 sign-on ($5K at 6mo, 12mo,) Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team at a skilled nursing/long-term care facility in Mandan, North Dakota. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining high-quality resident care, and leading a team of nursing professionals. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 5 years of Registered Nurse experience. Previous Director of Nursing experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) required. Current BLS (CPR) certification. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care compliance. Experience managing EMR systems and clinical documentation. Budget management and staff development experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Apply Today!
