Director of Nursing Opportunity - Mandan, North Dakota Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift A respected long-term care organization in Mandan, North Dakota is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) for a permanent, full-time leadership role. This position offers consistent daytime hours, competitive hourly compensation, and the opportunity to lead a dedicated nursing team focused on delivering exceptional resident care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is included. Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time role
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift
- PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical record system
- Long-term care setting Shift Details
- 5 shifts per week
- 8-hour day shifts Compensation & Incentives
- Hourly pay range: $38 - $63 per hour (based on experience)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus

- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services within the facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care
- Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote clinical excellence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Oversee clinical documentation and regulatory compliance using PointClickCare
- Promote a culture of resident-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement Requirements
- Active North Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
