As the Administrator, you will provide overall leadership for the community, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, team member engagement, and financial stewardship. You will serve as a coach, mentor, and strategic leader while fostering a positive culture aligned with Vetter Senior Living's mission, vision, and values.

What You'll Do Provide overall leadership and direction for the community's daily operations
Promote a culture focused on quality care, service excellence, and resident satisfaction
Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and team members
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders
Monitor operational performance and implement strategies that support organizational goals
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource management
Champion employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives
Collaborate with corporate leadership to drive continuous improvement and organizational success
Serve as an ambassador for Brookestone View within the community Qualifications Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
Prior Administrator experience preferred
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with strong business and operational acumen
