Job Description
Fallbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a confident individual to join our team as the Program Director. You will have the opportunity to Impact Lives every day by planning and overseeing our specialized activity programming as well as spending some time working the floor providing resident care. This isn't your typical "Director" job as the majority of your time will be spent working directly with and caring for residents. If you have compassion and patience and are energized by making a difference in the lives of others, we want to meet you. Must be a Certified Medication Aide or Nurse.
