Job Description

Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to support clinical leadership in our resident-centered skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with supervising nursing staff, overseeing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting clinical excellence across post-acute and long-term care units. Responsibilities include supporting staffing and scheduling, mentoring nurses and CNAs, coordinating interdisciplinary care, monitoring quality metrics, and reinforcing infection control and safety standards.
