  • Full-time Linden Surgical Center is a one-room Orthopedic and Pain Management Surgical Center accredited by Medicare, AAAHC and the state of New Jersey.
We are seeking a Director of Nursing. The DON is responsible for working with the Center Administrator to coordinate and direct clinical activities of the center according to its policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives.
Education/Experience:
Current NJ Nursing license in good standing Maintain BLS and ACLS Certification Three or more years of clinical management experience Previous experience in an Orthopedic Surgical Setting. Knowledge of AAAHC or other ASC accreditation a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of clinical area to ensure patient needs are met Promote professionalism, collegiality, and on-going staff training/development Maintain compliance with federal, state and accreditation agency requirements Oversee infection control program and environment of care Manage continuous quality improvement initiatives The Director of Nursing will work Monday
