We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, developing and implementing effective nursing strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accrediting bodies, and industry standards Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional customer service Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations Identify and address quality improvement opportunities, implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field Current RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience] years in home care.
