Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department with passion and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your leadership will drive innovation, promote best practices, and support the professional growth of nursing staff. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes Manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to foster a motivated, skilled, and cohesive team Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies Coordinate educational programs and training initiatives to support ongoing staff development and maintain clinical excellence Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways and operational workflows Drive quality improvement projects, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions Skills Experience in long-term care setting with a solid understanding of clinical systems and CMS regulations Strong management skills with experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on mentorship, conflict resolution, and organizational development Excellent teaching abilities with experience in curriculum development or faculty mentorship Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and foster collaborative relationships
Pay:
$135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
