Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Provide strategic direction for the nursing department Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Promote staff engagement, professional development, and retention Operations & Workflow Optimization Oversee nursing operations to ensure efficiency and quality Streamline workflows and improve processes to enhance outcomes Staff Development & Retention Implement training and development programs that promote excellence Build and maintain a positive, supportive work environment Working hands-on with clinical team Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices Lead quality initiatives focused on safety and patient care improvement Budget & Resource Management Manage departmental budget and ensure responsible resource utilization Identify and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising care Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with interdisciplinary leadership teams Support alignment of nursing services with organizational goals

What We're Looking For Education:

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

Licensure:

Active and valid RN license required

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in nursing leadership with proven success in team development, budgeting, and process improvement

Skills:

Strong leadership, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and financial management abilities

Communication:
