Job Description

We're hiring a Regional Director of Nursing (RN) to support our Central NY portfolio (Cooperstown, Gloversville, Albany, etc.)
Compensation:
$150,000 - $175,000 annually DOE What You'll Do Oversee clinical operations across multiple SNFs Support DONs and Administrators to drive strong clinical outcomes Lead survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts Develop Plans of Correction & Directed Plans of Correction Manage critical incident investigations (elopements, falls with injury, choking, etc.) Provide real-time clinical guidance during high-priority events What You Need Active RN license Regional experience required (RDCS or multi-site DON) Strong background in survey/compliance, audits, and investigations Proven leadership in skilled nursing settings This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a clinical leader ready to support and elevate multiple buildings.
