Transform Lives as Our Assistant Director of Nursing Established organization is seeking a dedicated nursing leader to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing for our OPWDD-certified residential programs, coordinating and overseeing nursing practices across our agency. Your Impact Develop nursing objectives, policies, and procedures Establish and improve our Nursing Quality Assurance Plan Maintain compliance with care standards and regulations Implement ICF and IRA regulations Participate in management meetings and team conferences Provide healthcare consultation and emergency nursing coverage Leadership Role You'll guide a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nursing Supervisors, and AMAP staff, fostering a culture of excellence through mentoring, collaboration, and accountability. Qualifications NYS Registered Nurse license BSN or Master's degree in Nursing 5+ years of leadership experience Strong interpersonal and analytical skills OPWDD experience strongly preferred
