Nursing Supervisors Needed Full-Time!!! ( Weekends Only (All Shifts), Per Diem or Part-time) Located in

Croton-On-Hudson, NY Salary:

$55/hr - $65/hr (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

Must have a valid New York RN license Must have strong leadership skills and experience Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing facility Strong clinical background and knowledge Must have extensive managerial/supervisory experience Must be willing to work on holidays/on-call

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions. Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations. Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget. Communicate treatment and status information to patient families, and resolve incidents during the shift. Interpret hospital policy and state law, and evaluate and recommend changes to nursing service records. Supervise nursing staff, assign staff to units, and manage schedules. #6511
