Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) HC&N Healthcare Solutions Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Are you an experienced nursing leader ready to take the next step in your career? Our Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a strong, clinically driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing in leading our nursing team and ensuring exceptional resident care. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated RN leader who thrives in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care environment. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff Monitor clinical systems, documentation, and care delivery standards Participate in staffing, scheduling, and performance management Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence in care Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Qualifications:
Active RN license (required) Minimum 2-3 years of nursing leadership experience in a SNF or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process Experience with clinical audits and quality measures Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead by example and drive clinical excellence
