Required:

Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role. Previous leadership experience in Maternal Child Health/Women's Services Direct or Assistant Director level experience preferred Strong operational and team leadership skills Experience in acute care hospital setting required.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for Maternal Child Health departments Support Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery, and Women's Services operations Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams #RN01
