If you're an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Long-Term Care and a heart for leadership and resident-centered care — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a positive, team-focused nursing department Collaborate across departments to enhance resident care Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and maintain HERD reporting Monitor infection control trends and drive proactive solutions Participate in QUAPI initiatives and quality improvement efforts Support staffing needs on the floor as a hands-on leader when needed Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff

What You Bring:

RN License (New York State) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current BCLS Certification Long-Term Care experience (preferred) Leadership mindset with a passion for people
