Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire:
Direct and mentor a dedicated nursing staff while fostering a collaborative environment with the Administrator, Medical Personnel, and Department Heads.
Ensure Excellence:
Oversee clinical operations to guarantee full compliance with NYS and Federal regulations.
Network & Collaborate:
Connect with outside agencies (hospitals, insurers) and enjoy a supportive, collegial network with fellow DONs across our 11 sister facilities. Qualifications Active, unblemished NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven track record of successful managerial experience in skilled nursing. Commitment to the highest clinical standards and excellent customer service.
