What You'll Do Leadership & Program Management ✔ Lead and oversee daily nursing program operations ✔ Serve as the academic leader for nursing education programs ✔ Implement and maintain curriculum standards and program effectiveness ✔ Participate in strategic planning and campus budget processes ✔ Foster a culture of academic excellence, continuous improvement, and student success Student Success & Academic Oversight ✔ Monitor student admissions, progression, retention, and graduation outcomes ✔ Certify graduates as eligible applicants for the NCLEX examination ✔ Analyze program performance metrics and implement improvement strategies ✔ Support initiatives that improve retention, completion, and NCLEX success rates Clinical & Faculty Leadership ✔ Maintain clinical site partnerships and ensure compliance with nursing competency requirements ✔ Establish appropriate faculty-to-student ratios for clinical experiences ✔ Coach and mentor faculty to promote instructional excellence ✔ Review academic documentation and provide quality assurance oversight Curriculum & Compliance ✔ Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation ✔ Ensure classroom and skills lab resources remain current and effective ✔ Support scholarly research integration and library resource development ✔ Participate as an active member of the academic leadership team Qualifications ✅ Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) ✅ Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Preferred ✅ Nursing education or teaching experience ✅ Leadership, supervisory, and personnel development experience ✅ Strong communication, coaching, and program management skills ✅ Passion for student development and nursing excellence Outstanding Benefits Employer-Paid College Tuition for associates and eligible family members Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Generous Paid Time Off Professional Growth & Leadership Development Opportunities Competitive Compensation Package Ready to Make an Impact?
