• Behavioral Health for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care quality and staff performance Monitor nursing performance and patient care outcomes across behavioral health units Collaborate with nurse managers to assess operations and implement corrective actions Assist with performance improvement initiatives and staff supervision Develop and maintain record-keeping systems for medication errors and counseling documentation Support operational oversight for CPEP, inpatient, and outpatient behavioral health services Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements Promote communication between nursing leadership and clinical staff Perform additional supervisory and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Master's Degree in Nursing preferred Minimum 7 years of nursing experience required Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience required Active RN License required Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration through NYSED required BLS Certification required Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills required Behavioral Health nursing experience preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
