Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 35 Hours/Week | 1

Weekend Shift/Month Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Nurse Supervisor / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement programs to improve patient care quality and staff performance Monitor nursing performance metrics across assigned units with nurse managers Support corrective action processes related to clinical performance issues Maintain systems for tracking medication errors and counseling documentation Evaluate unit performance and provide feedback to leadership Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across nursing services Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety and care delivery Provide leadership support in Emergency Department operations as applicable Participate in 1 weekend shift per month rotation

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Active RN License (NYSED Verified) required BLS Certification required Minimum 7 years nursing experience required Minimum 5 years supervisory/leadership experience required Minimum 2 years Emergency Department (ED) experience required Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills required Ability to work independently in a high-responsibility role required Master's Degree in Nursing preferred Prior nursing administration/ADON experience preferred Experience in quality improvement and regulatory compliance preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
