A long-term care company seeking an addition to our Nursing Director Staff!! Director of Nursing (DON)

Oversee, coordinate, and guide nursing operations and resident care
Establish and uphold goals and standards for nursing services and clinical practice
Create and maintain nursing objectives for the facility
Develop, implement, and update nursing department policies and procedures
Flexible scheduling required
Weekend availability as needed Director of Nursing (DON)

Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in long-term care leadership
At least 3 years of experience serving as a Director of Nursing
Knowledgeable in MDS, care planning, Medicare, Medicaid, and PPS
Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license #winnurse1
